We offer essential services to the community

BTCP Program

"Breaking the Chains of Poverty" is a career training program administered by the A. Philip Randolph Institute’s Pittsburgh Chapter and facilitated in partnership with United Steelworkers. The goal is to promote living wage jobs and union membership for the minority community.

Voter Education Center

The Voter Education Center conducts a multi-phased program designed to share information with Southwestern PA residents. In efforts to impact public policy discussions and of implementation changes that affect the quality of life in working class communities.

Career Training

We offer comprehensive training programs designed to prepare you for a successful and rewarding career in union trades and crafts. Minorities, women and economically disadvantaged job seekers are highly encouraged to participate.
